Do I have to pay for my return?

We are offering FREE RETURNS for all Australian customers until 31 January 2019.   

Australian customers can opt to use our FREE return label when lodging your return online via our return portal, accessible here. Alternatively, you can return an item at your local post office and pay directly via them.

For international customers, unfortunately we do not have return labels available at this time. It is something we are hoping to implement soon!

Please note: The cost of shipping on your original item/order will not be reimbursed if you make a return. Your store credit will be for the item/s only. Refunds are only available for Esther Luxe styles and faulty items.
